The jury is in on Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and the verdict is…healthy as charged.  From giving a boost to weight loss efforts to reducing LDL (“bad” cholesterol) levels, an ounce of unfiltered ACV with meals seems to have some wonderful health-enhancing benefits.I can’t eat greens – collard, turnip or kale – unless they are sprinkled with Apple Cider Vinegar.
